Julie Brazil
Julie’s career began as an RN specially trained to treat patients with life threatening illness related to renal and cardiac comorbidities. She developed a passion for ensuring all patients received, not just treatment, but also education and awareness for improved quality of life. This led her to start her own consulting firm, initially working on delivering unique health care information to the public via the web. She then shifted to lab services where she felt she could make a stronger impact on patient lives, prevention and outcomes. Julie’s focus is on compliance, operations, clinical treatment algorithms and patient advocacy. She holds both a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Nursing Degree and is a University of North Florida alum.

Tony Remington, MBA
Tony Remington is a proven health care industry leader focused on value-based medical solutions. Tony's passion is to deliver transformative patient care through physician education with a focus on regulatory compliance. He brings over twenty years of experience with management responsibility from multi-nationals and senior executive positions with several venture-backed start-ups. He specializes in developing and executing on U.S. distribution strategies for health care companies. Tony holds a BS from Bentley University and an MBA from Boston College.

Henry Agent
Henry Agent is a seasoned and talented finance executive with experience in companies in stages ranging from start-up to exit. Mr. Agent has worked in a variety of industries but his primary focus is with healthcare organizations including health service, pharmaceutical, physician clinics, distribution, and medical laboratories. Mr. Agent’s experience has provided a solid base of knowledge of the healthcare industry landscape which has led to the development of critical skills in the healthcare industry in the areas of billing and collections, payor and cash management, financial reporting, compliance, business strategy, and key metric tracking. Mr. Agent has a proven track record of leading Companies in times of growth as well as in times of overcoming challenges.

Marc J. Rumpler, MS, PhD
Dr. Rumpler is a seasoned clinical laboratory director with licenses spanning multiple states. He holds certifications in toxicology (ABCC), clinical chemistry (NRCC), and molecular diagnostics (ABCC). Additionally, he is a certified laboratory management diplomate by the American Society of Clinical Pathology (ASCP) and a Fellow of the Association of Diagnostics and Laboratory Medicine. With close to two decades of expertise in clinical diagnostics, research, and laboratory management, Dr. Rumpler has made significant contribution across public health, academia, and private industry sectors.
He earned his bachelor's degree in Toxicology from Northeastern University and pursued master's and doctorate degrees at the University of Florida. His post-doctoral research was conducted at the University of Florida College of Medicine. Dr. Rumpler actively participates in advisory roles for the Environmental Protection Agency, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, and the Association for Laboratory Accreditation.

Nick Lyktey
Nick Lyktey graduated from Penn State University with a bachelors degree in Chemistry and a bachelors degree in Forensic Science: Chemistry Option, while also completing his graduate studies in Analytical Chemistry at Indiana University. His previous research includes environmental chemistry and understanding behaviors of biological complexes with mass spectrometry. In the 5+ years Nick has been at Gravity Diagnostics, he has gone from our first research and development scientist hire to someone that has continually overseen more and more of our day-to-day laboratory operations. A few major projects he completed as an R&D Scientist were the validations for our alcohol confirmation testing and oral toxicology testing. When he pivoted to operationally driven administrative roles, he supervised all the lab departments during the multiple COVID surges before adding in management of Accessioning Team. Currently, Nick’s full team scope includes the Laboratory, Collectors and Field Operations, Accessioning, Facilities, Supply Chain, and Courier departments.

Allison Hall
Allison Hall graduated from Thomas More University in Northern Kentucky where she received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, double concentrated in both Management and Marketing. While completing her degree she played four years of soccer for the Saints and had multiple internships. Before coming on full-time for Gravity Diagnostics she interned under Tony Remington for over a year. She is the alumni sponsor for the Business Society at TMU helping Business undergrads. Allison is committed to making a difference in both the workplace and the community.

Karen Hargett
Karen Hargett is a dynamic Human Resource professional with over 20 years’ experience as an influential business partner working with companies large and small to implement innovative and effective human capital solutions. She has a passion for connecting every employee to the overall business objective and organizational success. Most recently Karen served as Head of Talent Acquisition, NA for Prysmian Group. Karen is a graduate of Centre College and an active volunteer in her children’s schools.

Adam Caswell
Adam Caswell serves as Chief of External Affairs for Gravity Diagnostics. In this role, he leads Gravity’s efforts in government affairs and forming strategic partnerships to achieve sustainable business growth. Adam has spent 15+ years in government relations roles, spanning from being a senior member of Kentucky Governor Steve Beshear’s administration to representing the interests of Chambers of Commerce, higher education institutions and the nation’s largest publicly traded water and wastewater infrastructure company. He is a graduate of Leadership Kentucky and Leadership Northern Kentucky.

Mike Tarwater
Mr. Michael Tarwater is an accomplished Information Technology Executive, who has 32+ years of experience building IT organizations and driving IT initiatives in support of clinical laboratory organizations. Mr. Tarwater has a proven ability to deliver efficient and cost-effective IT solutions, for companies such as Progenity, Atherotech, Muirlab, and DSI Laboratories.

Jaclyn Trent
Jaclyn Trent holds a Bachelor of Science in Integrated Strategic Communications and a minor in Marketing from the University of Kentucky. She has over 20 years of sales experience in the healthcare industry including cardiovascular, orthopedic, psychiatry, infertility, and, for the last 3 years with Gravity, the laboratory space. Her focus remains on compliance, operations, and a commitment to provide the
best service to patients.

Chris Roberts
Chris Roberts began his career in the healthcare industry working as a Pharmaceutical Representative. Most recently, Chris served as the Chief Executive Officer at HealthTrackRx where he led the company to become one of the largest laboratories of their market in the United States. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of South Florida and currently resides in the Dallas, TX area with his wife, Katie, and two daughters, Emme (10) and Nina (8).

Ted Knauf
Ted Knauf brings a diverse skillset of business development, operations and software deployment experience to the Gravity Diagnostics’ team. As VP of Revenue Operations and Market Access, Ted will oversee continuous improvement efforts in non-laboratory business functions supporting Gravity Diagnostics’ growth and operational efficiency. He is focused on decision-making that centers around delivering patient care and compliance of the highest order. Ted received an MBA from the Simon Business School at the University of Rochester and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the State University of New York at Geneseo.

Geoffrey Baldwin
Geoff Baldwin is Co-CEO of GCA Advisors, member of the Executive Committee, member of the Board of Directors, and Head of Mergers & Acquisitions at GCA. He has more than 33 years of investment banking experience, serving as an M&A generalist in New York for five years and a technology M&A specialist for the last 28 years, with 27 years in Silicon Valley and one year in London.
Prior to co-founding GCA, Geoff was a Managing Director in Morgan Stanley’s Menlo Park-based Technology M&A Group and head of Morgan Stanley’s European Technology M&A Group.
Presently, Geoff is Non-Executive Chairman of Unify2, a unified communications software company and is a Director of Gravity Diagnostics. Geoff formerly served on the Board of Directors of Bwin. Party Digital Entertainment, a London Stock Exchange listed company and was a member of the FTSE 250 index. Geoff received his BA from the University of Southern California.

Todd Motto
As President of Formot Enterprises, LLC, Todd leads it’s investment based strategic direction, as well as implementation and management of investments in all areas: Private Equity, Real Estate, as well as traditional Equity and Debt portfolios. He also plays a significant role in managing and advising several start-up companies. Prior to Formot, Todd spent 20 years in sales and marketing at Meridian Bioscience, Inc., a Human Clinical Diagnostics and Life Sciences Company. Most recently he was Vice President of Business Development, where he led the strategic acquisition and outside partnership process for the Company. Prior to that he was Meridian’s Global Vice President of Sales and Marketing where he was responsible for identifying, proposing and leading the development of new products, markets and partnerships around the world. He was responsible for over $150 Million in sales across 90 countries. Todd began his career in Investment Banking and Market Research and earned a BSBA in Marketing from Bowling Green State University.
