Karen is a dynamic Human Resource professional with over 20 years’ experience as an influential business partner working with large and small companies to implement innovative and effective human capital solutions. She is a graduate of Centre College and most recently served as Head of Talent Acquisition, NA for Prysmian Group. Karen has a passion for connecting every employee to the overall business objective and organizational success.
